In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the personal information held with it, and it cannot be undone.

If you would rather keep your data and just stop being billed, cancel your membership instead — see “How do I cancel my membership?”.

You can also ask us to delete it by emailing support@chasingoptimum.com from the address on your account.
