Sign in at chasingoptimum.com, open your account, and go to the billing portal. Cancel there and no further charges are taken.

Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund the period you are already in, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

If you cannot reach the portal, email support@chasingoptimum.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
