There are 47 videos across eight weeks, grouped into a topic per week. Within each week one video unlocks per day, counted from your own start date rather than a fixed calendar.

A video appears the moment it unlocks, and stays available for the rest of your programme. If you are on a rest day in that week there is nothing new to watch, which is intended.

If notifications are on, we let you know each morning when one arrives.
